Pocket Nutritionist is a simple to use Nutrition Calculator. This software was originally designed as a tool for Personal Fitness Trainers to quickly calculate daily nutition needs dependent on client goals, age, gender, height and activity level. Although this program was originally designed for Personal Trainers, this program now a very easy to use calorie tracker and a daily exercise calorie tracker so that it can be used by almost anyone to help them acheive there fitness goals. The Calorie Tracker now has a drop down menu that list the total calories, proteins, carbs and fats that can be found in many common foods. The Expenditure Calculator also has a drop down menu with many common activites. Although there are many other similar calculators available, most are not nearly as comprehensive or simple to use as Pocket Nutritionist.
